There is a lot to love about this collection. The designer himself said, "My clothes are about joy." True, true, my friend. They aren't anything that most people would wear exactly as shown and styled here, but there are some stunning pieces that would mix well with many wardrobes. The prints are simply lovely, and the silhouettes are fun and unusual without being unflattering. And the jackets? Divine.
Perhaps the best thing of all, though, are those killer necklaces. They totally make the whole line. Well done, Mr. Olowu.
But I just have to ask, what's up with the weird shoulder horn thingees? It looks like what Lady Gaga had on at the Grammys. But that's my only complaint.
