I am eating gluten free these days. That means no wheat, rye, barley or some oats.
I find that when I cut gluten out of my diet, I feel so much better!
I haven't ever had an allergy test to see if I have celiac disease, (1 in 133 people have it and 97% of people with it go undiagnosed!)
This is not easy for me. I LOVE bread! Luckily, Whole Foods makes it easier, they have labels all over the store indicating when a food is gluten free.
Some of the GF food tastes good, some not so good. You have to test it out and see.
You know the GF issue is wide spread if General Mills comes out with a GF cereal line!
