HEY BARTENDER

The first three days of training are done.

No crazy stories [not yet]; I did get a good recommendation for Mexican food in Stockbridge--which was pretty delicious by the way, so delicious in fact that I had to siesta after my meal because I was so happily stuffed :)

After this weekend I'm pretty sure I'm a bartender now--at least that's my night job. I'm still a lunch server and a Tire Inventory Specialist [lol] by day. I still consider myself a member of the Unemployment Club... until I officially get accepted into Grad/Law school--then I'll start taking steps into being a part of the "I Actually Used my Degree in the Real World" Club.

Get excited for that day!

Apparently on Friday night I made a pretty kick ass Dirty Bombay Martini... hollar! Then last night I made some pretty tasty Cosmos! I screwed up a Manhattan [how hard is that!?]; however, my excuse is TOTALLY legit. There are two ways to make a Manhattan--dry or sweet--I wasn't told to do it the sweet way... I followed the directions in the Mr. Boston Drink Book Bible. Needless to say, when my dry Manhattan [with an olive] was carried over the the table, the customers laughed, yes, they laughed at my drink. Poo! Whatev. The drink was fixed and all was well in the world again. Yaaay!

That's all I've got now.

I spent my Sunday with a friend playing arcade games, put-put mini golf, and hit a few balls in the batting cages. Then I headed over to the Mexican restaurant [I forget the name], met a friend from the tire store, and had lunch with him.

Overall the day went pretty well.

A little bit of drama, a little bit of stress, and a little bit of fun texting :)

Now I'm going to get back to The Breakfast Club... this movie never gets old!

Good night all!
