I went to my friend Brian's today and he made Ebelskivers! These are puffy Danish pancakes, you can fill them with all kinds of delicious ingredients, chocolate, fruit, cream, cheese, etc.
Today he made apple filling (see cover of cookbook above), then he went through his refrigerator and started pulling out ingredients, basil, spaghetti sauce, mozzarella, sun dried tomato paste. They were all really good! You can find these pans at William Sonoma.
