Yum!

I have the best new recipe!

1 Cup water
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 bunch chard (5 large leaves), chopped
1/4 Cup sliced almonds soaked in 1 tbsp soy sauce 
1 heaping tsp freshly grated ginger
1 Tbsp Rice vinegar

Add water and olive oil to saute pan. 
Bring to soft boil. Add chard. Cover. 
Cook for 2 minutes.
Stir, turn down to low, cover, for 3 minutes.
Add almonds, ginger and vinegar.
Serve with slotted spoon.

Enjoy!

We don't measure the ingredients, it doesn't have to be exact.
Sometimes we add spinach and kale too.
