For this shirt I simply bought a basic white shirt, cut out the arms and neckline and sew on some lovely cashmere by hand. I then used some self-covering buttons to make little buttons out of the same fabric. This shows the whole shirt. I wore it for a visit to a foundation with my grandmother, who I have cut out of the image for privacy reasons... :)
