The Foer Family

I am listening to a very interesting audio book
 Moonwalking with Einstein:
The Art and Science of Remembering Everything

There are some really good ideas about
memorizing in this book!

Turns out Joshua Foer is the younger brother
of another author I like... Jonathan Safran Foer
Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close

Everything Is Illuminated

And I love all three book cover designs!

Window Display

I love it when window displays make you stop and take notice!
Tiffany's ice cream display was lovely!

Louis Vuitton had an interesting egg/bird display.
I read that at Louis Vuitton's flagship store in London,
a new ostrich egg would hatch each day
to reveal a different shoe or accessory.
Sorry my photos aren't so good, but if you do a search
for these displays you will fine more photos.

These colorful pebbles provide a comfortable resting spot
for your phone, laptop, iPad, or other device.
I'd like to have a few to play with.

Michael Schwab

Ever since college
I have been Michael Schwab's biggest fan.
The crew poster was my introduction
to this great graphic designer.

I love his design style.

My friend Liza is a photographer and has an
amazing house filled with art.

Apple's new campus

Apple's new Cupertino campus will be four stories
and house 12,000 employees.

After living in Cupertino for 14 years,
I love hearing about this development.

Interesting video!

A stylish storage case and four color-coded chopping boards.

Pie Timer

The Double Dish
The perfect solution to the problem of serving snacks such
as olives and pistachio nuts, with their inedible stones and shells.

 Rotary Peeler
Eliminate the need for several different vegetable peelers
with this compact design, which incorporates three essential
styles of blade all in one unit.

Concertina

One of my favorite books to make is the
concertina (accordion) book. Easy to do with fun results.
Famous churches and the dates they were created.
This is a baby announcement from the creative director of

This was party invitation I made for our teachers.
Each teacher was given a little box with a ribbon.
Inside the box was this little accordion invitation.

My Tiny book of birds from Geninne Zlatkis.

This is a book I made for my daughter's teacher.
Each page had a child's photo and some kind words from them.

Mini Christmas book from Cindy Yount.

I am working on a new fun project, I will post about it soon!
