Patent Leather

 I have always loved patent leather. When I was little, my party shoes were my favorite.

I currently own 8 pairs of patent leather shoes, two patent purses and one pair of patent boots. I am always drawn to the shoes that are shiny, why is that?

I had an unfortunate patent leather accident one New Year's Eve. I was wearing my new, lovely BCBG patent pumps and the patent stuck together when my two feet touched. I completely lost balance and fell face first. Not good.

Now, before I buy, I always test the patent by rubbing them together to make sure they don't stick.  I don't want to relive that incident.
