Mom's new doggie

This is my mom's new dog. She is a rescue dog and is very sweet. Her original owner kept her chained up and the neighbors called the police. I have no tolerance for people who are mean to animals. That is why I donate to the SPCA and Humane Society. Two amazing organizations that help animals.
