If I was a rich girl … Travelling in style

I love to travel. After few months or even weeks in one place I’m already looking for a place to go. Our planet is too amazing to stay in just one place and not discover other cities, countries, continents. After coming back from Australia last February I didn’t travel at all. Thank God I’m finally moving a little bit west and going tomorrow for few days to Dresden in Germany. It’s a long weekend here in Poland and I’m really happy to be able to meet my friend there and explore the beauty of the city. I haven’t been there for few years now and I’m excited to see how it changed.
The most important thing about travelling is to dress nicely but also comfortably. Definitely a jeans + t-shirt option is always a good choice. As we can see from enclosed examples celebrities are thinking alike. It’s all about keeping things easy during those long hours on the plane. But we can always try to spice it up a little with help of some great shoes (Nicolas Kirkwood) or bag (YSL). Most importantly don’t forget you ID or Passport, credit card and a friend to take on a journey with you. Happy holidays!

If I was a rich girl ... Go to work style

Whenever I watch "Devil wears Prada" or "Love and Other Disasters" I can't help but dream of having all of those great clothes, especially the ones they get to wear to work. When you go to the office everyday, like I do, and spend their most of your day, it becomes a problem when you need to dress professionally every day and still be creative since you love fashion. How many days in a row can you wear black pants with a jacket or a skirt with a jacket, or a dress … with a jacket. At some point you just can’t wait for the weekend to come and go crazy with some little dress, just go out and play with fashion again. I wish I could buy all the clothes from the newest collections and play a little with high fashion. I truly believe that this day would come but for now I enjoy my virtual and imaginary shopping spree. I really should get a job at some fashionable place!

If I was a rich girl … Shoes for Fall 2010

In one of the Sex and The City’s episodes Sarah Jessica Parker said that it’s hard to be sometimes in single women shoes. That’s why from time to time we need to get a pair of special ones. I totally agree with this statement. Beautiful and not always comfortable shoes can make a statement and YES we like to make those.
While looking at the fall collections I’ve spotted few definitely special pairs and I suppose if I only was a rich girl, I would definitely buy all of them. Ok not to be greedy … if I really had to choose, I’d pick two pairs. It was a love at first sight. Chloé and Dries Van Noten are my favorites. The hight, shape and colors are perfect. I see myself wearing them with EVERYTHING! I cannot find them in any of the online shops but maybe it’s just a little too early. I someone finds them first, please let me know! Until then I’m coming back to my perfect, imaginary life with all of those shoes in my closet ;)

Marc Jacobs for Fall 2010

Dries Van Noten for Fall 2010
