CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good customer service is a big Make or Break It for me.
Here is one perfect example why Gap kicks ass:



I was browsing through the GAP site the other day when I stumbled across this image (above).

I searched and searched the site for the top but had no luck in locating it.

I finally broke down and called customer service. A wonderful woman named Elise answered and listened to my fashion woes: I saw this top, can't find it, what do I do???? Awesome Elise, as I now call her, was awesome--true to her new name. Awesome Elise forwarded my question to GAPs behind the scenes people, who in turn, sent me this email:

How freaking awesome is this???


So what this post all boils down to...
If you have a question. CALL and ask! Especially when you have a question about anything from any of the Gap, Piperlime, Old Navy, etc. sites.


And don't forget to give this shirt a look-see--Doleman Hardware Top--I think it is definitely worth the $19.50!
